Shipping and Returns

Payment is due prior to shipping. For those who do not wish to use the shopping cart provided, we accept check, money order, cashiers check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, and will gladly take your order over the telephone or by mail.  For security purposes do not email credit card information.

Please inspect your shipment for damages immediately. All returns must have prior authorization within 5 days of receipt and must be returned within 10 days of receipt.  All returns must be shipped back post paid and in original packaging. No refunds for damaged items, exchanges only. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned or cancelled items.  Idaho residents please add 6% sales tax to your order.

We will select the most economical and efficient method of shipment for you. Items too large for standard delivery will be shipped by truck, please call for a freight quote. Occasionally large items may be delivered to the freight depot and will require customer pick up or additional charges for home delivery.

Shipping applies to orders up to $ 150.00 unless otherwise specified. Shipping prices are for standard delivery. For rush orders, and amounts over     $150.00 please call for a quote.
