Horseradish Sauce for Beef Loaf

3 tablespoons of sifted Dry Bread or Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup of Grated Horseradish Root
3 tablespoons of Butter
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1/8 teaspoon of Black Pepper
Dash of Paprika
1 1/2 cups of Milk

Combine crumbs, horseradish and milk in the top of a double boiler and cook 20 minutes. Remove from fire add butter and seasonings.
