Chicken gravy is used for sauce in pot pies, casseroles, and to pour over rice.

Chicken gravy mix is a versatile base that is most commonly used to make great mashed potatoes and gravy. Adds flavor and moisture to chicken cooked in a crock pot. A perfect ingredient for making a full meal in minutes. Create variety by using on vegetables or stuffing. Chicken gravy is a real plus for your long term food storage.

Shelf Life:

Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 20+ years if stored properly.

Modified corn starch, maltodextrin (from corn), rendered chicken fat, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy, corn and/or wheat), enriched wheat flour, dried whey (derived from milk), salt, onion powder, dehydrated cooked chicken yeast extract, nonfat dry milk, silicon dioxide (as an anti-caking agent), sugar, natural flavoring, FD&C Yellow #6, FD&C Yellow #5, guar gum, titanium dioxide, soy lecithin (emulsifier), disodium inosinate & disodium guanylate.

Directions for Use:
In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup gravy mix to 2 cups cool tap water.  Whisk mixing well with a wire whisk.  Continue whisking while bringing to a boil.   Reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes.   May be used in gravies, sauces, stews, casseroles, or cooked vegetables.
