Potato Dices dices are easy to reconstitute and then bake or fry and flavor them the way you like them best.



Dehydrated potato dices make the best country style hashbrowns.

Simply reconstitute and fry up in a dutch oven. Try adding bacon crumbles, sour cream, and cheese for a tasty casserole. They can also be used in soups and stews-no mess or prepping. An absolute must for your food storage and emergency preparedness.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 20+ years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:  Cover desired amount of potato with hot water (1 part potato to 2 parts water).  Cover and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until tender.  Drain well and fry in hot oil until brown for country style hashbrowns. Fantastic in any recipes calling for diced potatoes.
