Vegetable Stew Blend can be hydrated to add to an omelet or quesadilla as well as an addition to meat pot pies.



A blend of dehydrated vegetables that will add flair and flavor to your stews and soups.

Add your favorite seasonings and extra vegetables to stretch this great tasting vegetable soup. With potato dices, cabbage flakes, onion, carrots, celery, mixed bell peppers, and tomato flakes, this is an easy way to include a variety of vegetables in your long-term food storage.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 20+ years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:
It may be prepared to eat by adding 1/2 cup stew blend to 2 cups water and bring slowly to a boil.  Simmer until vegetables are tender (about 10-15 minutes).  Season to taste and serve.  Makes 1 cup drained.
