White Cream Sauce Mix – #10 Can

White Cream Sauce Mix can be used plain for biscuits and gravy or country fried steak.



This white cream sauce can be used for the base in just about every dish requiring a creamy texture. 

It  makes a delicious gravy for potatoes or an unbeatable base for chowders and soups.   Simply add vegetable, cheese, or fish.  It also works great in casseroles.  For Alfredo pastas add Parmesan cheese.   For sausage gravy simply add cooked crumbled sausage.   It is complete and easy and makes it essential to food storage.  A must have for any food storage supply.

Shelf Life:   Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 15 years if stored properly.

Directions for use: 
For 4 servings, In a 2 qt pan, whisk together 1 c soup mix to 3 c water.  Add any cooked or uncooked meat, cheese or vegetable.  Bring to a light boil, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching.  Soup is ready when ingredients are tender.  For white sauce, cut the amount of water in half.  For gravy, make as white sauce and add beef or chicken bouillon or meat seasoning.   Great in soups and chowders.
