Education – Plan B

Homeschooling has not been for everyone, to this point. But if SHTF or TEOTWAWKI happens like some are predicting, shouldn’t responsible parents have a preparedness plan for the education of their children as well as a plan to feed and clothe them?

You can pick up old text books at any second hand store. Better yet, invest in a set of McGuffey Readers. These books were widely used in American schools from 1836 to the mid-1900s.

The complete set covers all of the core subjects, at all maturity levels and presents strong moral lessons throughout.  For less than $100 you can have a solid curriculum that will serve all of your children and your grandchildren.
