Dehydrated sliced potatoes are a great staple to have on hand for your favorite recipes.
They work great with Au Gratin, as scalloped potatoes, in casseroles and many other side dishes. Ideal for everyday use and an important vegetable to include in your long-term food storage.
Directions for use:
Cover desired amount of potato with hot water (1 part potato to 2 parts water). Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and use in recipes calling for sliced potatoes.
