Dehydrate fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, as well as make great-tasting jerky and fruit rolls! Dehydration maintains natural vitamins and minerals–with no additives or preservatives. This deluxe digital dehydrator features six drying trays; expandable to 12 trays for added drying capacity. Digital thermostat and timer provide precise time and temperature. The drying trays nest when not in use for over a 40% reduction in storage space.

See-through cover on the top tray lets you monitor drying progress.
