Dehydrated sweet garden peas are a delicious addition to stir-fry recipes, soups, casseroles, or reconstituted to salads or you can cook them alone as a tasty side dish to your main entree.

Dehydrated sweet garden peas are great tasting and easy to use. They can be eaten as a side dish, added to soups and casserole, rice, and even in salads. Once reconstituted, they are as close to fresh as you can get.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 20+ years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:
For each serving of green peas, cover 1/4 cup peas with 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil.  Simmer about 15 minutes until tender.  Season as desired. Great in rice dishes, soup, and casseroles.

For salad, let stand covered with water for 1 hour or until soft.
