Dehydrated shredded potatoes make great hashbrowns, just reconstitute and fry them up for a delicious breakfast side dish. They can also be used in recipes requiring shredded potatoes. Try some in your favorite Au Gratin Potato recipe. Include some in your long-term food storage for convenient hashbrowns anytime – now or later.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 20+ years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:
Pour 1 cup potatoes into 3 cups salted boiling water.  Turn down heat and simmer until tender (10-15 minutes). Drain.  Yields 2 cups reconstituted potatoes.  Use in any recipe calling for potatoes. May be refrigerated, keeping well covered when water is drained.  Fry on well oiled grill at 375 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
