Refried beans are a great way to add protein to your family’s diet and make a tasty break from the ordinary.



Refried beans are quick and tasty!

Use them in your favorite Mexican dish or make a thick, creamy bean soup.. Simply add water, heat, and you have the perfect refried bean.  These are great as a dip with chips or as a side dish with rice. Use them in burritos or layered dips.  They are quick and easy to prepare and they taste great!  They will be the first choice of your family when eating from your food storage.

Shelf Life:    Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 25+ years if stored properly.

Directions for use:
Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan.  Add 2 cups bean flakes, stir and reduce heat to a low simmer.  Cover and allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.  Stir well and serve.  May add seasoning to taste.  Eat as beans or use as a bean dip, in burritos, taco, enchilada, and other favorite recipes.
