Honesty in Nutritional Labeling

There is a lot of well deserved animosity toward Big Ag and food manufacturers from consumers who just want to know what they are eating.

On a recent trip to the mid-west, I had the pleasure of finding a quaint little ice cream shop that had NO problem letting their customers know the nutritional value of their product.  Of course, cream is high in calcium and fat which is why I felt so strong and energetic when I finished my double scoop.
