Our brown gravy mix is a base that can be used in a wide variety of ways. Makes a thick, creamy base for beef pot pies. Perfect for enhancing potatoes, rice and vegetables. Use to add consistency to many beef casserole type dishes. A reliable staple for long term storage.

Shelf Life:

Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 15+ years if stored properly.

Modified food starch (corn), maltodextrin, bleached wheat flour, salt, beef broth flavor [salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, modified food starch, yeast extract, natural flavor (contains, wheat, soybeans and celery seed), sugar, soy sauce powder (wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin, onion powder, autolyzed yeast extract, caramel color, garlic powder, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spice], coconut oil, xanthan gum, roast flavor (natural flavor, salt, yeast extract), caramel color, natural flavor, celery powder, disodium inosinate and disodium quanylate, onion powder, garlic powder, sodium caseinate (milk), dipotassium phosphate, mono and diglycerides and contains less than 2% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Directions for Use:
Blend 1/4 cup gravy mix with 1 3/4 cup hot tap water.  Simmer until thick.  Serve.  May use in gravies, sauces, stews, casseroles, or cooked vegetables.
