Shelf Life:

Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 20+ years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:

Bring to a boil; 1 cup water and 1/4 tsp. salt. While using a wire whip at low speed, slowly add 1/2 cup potato granules. For thicker mashed potatoes, add more potato mix; for thinner potatoes, add more hot water. Makes 4 – 1/2 cup servings.
