Egg noodles are perfect to have on hand for stroganoff, casseroles, soups, and stews.

With many sauce options alfredo, stroganoff, cheese and more, you can use it for a wide variety of meals. Adding freeze dried vegetables and meats can make them even more versatile. Whenever you are not sure what to prepare, open a can and start adding. It  is perfect for your food storage shelf.  

Directions for Use:

Bring 4 quarts water to a rolling boil.   Salt may be added. Add 3 cups egg noodles and quickly return to a boil stirring gently. Cover and bring back to rolling boil. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  For best results, avoid over cooking.  Drain.  A small amount of oil can be added to prevent sticking. Serve immediately.
