This freeze-dried chicken reconstitutes to taste and feel like regular chicken.

This is freeze dried so it is very light weight and it reconstitutes right back with some water. You do not want to without your protein packed chicken on your shelves. Directions for use:
For 1 serving, bring 2/3 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and add ½ cup chicken dices. Stir gently. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes. Drain excess water and serve. Use in any recipe requiring cooked chicken.
