Dehydrated sliced potatoes are a great staple to have on hand for your favorite recipes.When you don’t have time to peel, slice and par-boil potatoes for the dish you want to serve, dehydrated potatoes make it possible. An important vegetable to include in your long-term food storage.

Directions for Use:

Cover desired amount of potato with hot water (1 part potato to 2 parts water).  Cover and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until tender.  Drain well and use in recipes calling for sliced potatoes.
