Description

Dehydrated Corn packaged for long term storage.

Corn doubles in volume when boiled in water. The color is darker than either fresh or canned corn and lightens up a little when rehydrated. By adding 1/4 cup of dried corn to many different dishes before cooking them you  can create variety with added flavor and texture. Great in soups, stews and casseroles.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 20+ years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:
Add 1/4 cup corn and 3/4 cups of water for each serving.  May be simmered for 20 minutes on low heat.  To reconstitute for later use cover with water and store in refrigerator for about 12 hours.  Drain and season.
May be ground for use as cornmeal.
