Shelf Life:

Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 25+ years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:

Add 1 cup water to 1/3 cup lentils and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.  May be add to casseroles and soups.  AND can also be sprouted!
