Peas, Sweet Garden, Dehydrated – #10 Can
Dehydrated sweet garden peas are great tasting and easy to use. They can be eaten as a side dish, added to soups and casserole, rice, and even in salads.
Directions for Use:
For each serving of green peas, cover 1/4 cup peas with 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer about 15 minutes until tender. Season as desired. Great in rice dishes, soup, and casseroles.
For salad, let stand covered with water for 1 hour or until soft.
