Regular Milk (non-fat) – #10 Can

Regular Milk (non-fat) can be used for drinking and to use in your recipes.  Regular powdered milk can also be used to make evaporated or condensed milk.

Regular non-fat powdered milk is less expensive per pound and takes up less space than instant powdered milk.

Leave the reconstituted milk in the refrigerator for several hours and any lumps that didn’t dissolve when mixing will dissipate. Milk is a necessary item to include in your long-term food storage. Great for baking purposes.

Shelf Life:   Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 15 years if stored properly.

Directions for Use:

Mix 1/2 cup milk powder with 1 cup water.  When blended, add enough water to make 1 quart of liquid.  Mix and chill.  Best when allowed to chill completely.
For cream-like consistency, mix one part powder to two parts water.
