Description
Dehydrated cheese blend powder is a versatile base that can be used to make a cheese sauce to spread on vegetables or use to make your own macaroni and cheese.
This cheese blend powder is also great to make your own nachos or use it as a base to make your own cheese base soup with your favorite ingredients. Use it to make a fondue sauce for your favorite breads and other items you love to put cheese on. This powder is as delicious as it is easy to use.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place – optimum condition is 60 degrees or less – for longer storage. Product should store for 10 – 15 years if stored properly.
Directions for use:
Gradually combine 1/4 cup mix with 3/4 cup water and blend well. Yields approximately 1 cup. Use as a sauce for casseroles, potatoes, nachos, soups, and flavorings. For thinner sauce increase liquid and for paste decrease liquid. Milk may be used for a creamy flavor.
