Regular Rolled Oats - #10 Can

Regular Rolled Oats can be added to your casseroles, meat loafs and meat balls to ‘stretch’ the meat supply.



Regular rolled oats may be cooked to make cereal or ground into flour.

All natural regular rolled oats have a high content of complex carbs and water-soluble fiber. Regular oats may take a little longer to cook but have a great flavor .
They can also be used as an ingredient in cookies or cakes. These oats store well in long term storage and are a favorite cereal choice with freeze dried or dehydrated fruits.

Directions for Use:

For each serving, boil 2/3 cup water and 1/8 tsp salt.  Stir in 1/3 cup oats.  Cook 3-5 minute, stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute.
